We've all been there, thought of a quality chant or song and wanted to get it started at the match. Its nigh on impossible to do and if you do manage it its even harder for the song to catch on week in week out. Over the years theres been many chants that should have made it onto the terraces but have unfortunately fallen by the wayside. This website aims to promote terrace passion through the creation of songs to be sung on the terraces. Its no secret that Man United have a songwriter who distributes chants each week for the Old Trafford crowd to get stuck into. There chants are some of the best in the country and they have a catchy tune for nearly every first teamer. The hard bit isnt the creation of the songs. The hard bits getting all the fans made aware of these songs and getting them out onto the terraces. Over the last few games and the coming months my aim is to have in place for the start of next season a large selection of chants for us the fans to sing on the terraces. I am looking for a selection of old and new songs for both the team as a whole and for each player individually. There will be opportunities to vote for your favourite player song and hopefully with the help of other more established fan sites and local media we can circulate the songs sufficiently so that each game fans have the opportunity to belt out the selected "song of the week". Hopefully in a short period we will have some of the best most colourful chants in the game and most fans will be aware of the words and the tune of the chant so that they can join in fully. For this to happen i need you, the supporters, to do your bit and send in some chants. So get your songwriting caps on and lets make the Boro support the best in the country.
